Notes on Ordering and Customer Service
1. Subscriptions are payable in advance and are entered on a volume basis. Payment may be International Money Order, Bank Transfer, or cheque. US dollar cheques must be drawn on a US bank. Payments should be made to Max Weber Studies at the above address. No agency discounts.

2. All rates include airmail postage for subscriptions outside of the UK and second class postage for subscriptions within the UK. All journals are despatched from the UK.

3. Rates do not include any local or national sales taxes. Customers in Canada must add 7% to the value of their order to allow for GST. Subscription agents are responsible for collecting GST from their Canadian customers.

4. We retain small stocks of journal back issues. Prices and availability upon request from the Editorial Office. Single issues of a volume year may be ordered.

5. US dollar prices apply only to subscriptions entered for destinations in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Customers elsewhere are billed in Pounds Sterling.

6. Claims for issues not received must be made in writing or by email to the Editorial Office within three months of the date of publication. No cancellations or refunds will be made after the despatch of the first issue of any journal's volume year.
